We will travel the distance it takes to cross New Mexico on the new Soccer Complex Trail and celebrate inclusive recreation in our region. So whether you
come down and support active lifestyles in New Mexico and the Special Olympics.
Special Olympics New Mexico will be accepting monetary or item donations. Click Here for a list of acceptable items.
Come help us walk enough laps to equal the 373 miles it takes to cross New Mexico on the new inclusive trail funded by a Meet Me at the Park grant through the National Recreation & Parks Association (NRPA) and Disney, and enjoy demonstrations and activities by local business, organizations, and the Special Olympics of New Mexico. First 200 participants get a t-shirt!
Registration in on-site only and involves signing a participation waiver. The first 200 participants to check-in and register get a t-shirt. Donations for the Special Olympics may also be dropped off at the registration table(s).
9:30 a.m. - On-site registration opens
10:00 a.m. - Opening ceremonies followed by laps!
11:00 a.m. - Food truck opens
12:00 p.m. - Demonstrations and activities (other than laps) start
