Gayla McCulloch, District Three

Gayla is active in several small family businesses. She is married to Allen McCulloch and is the mother of two boys. Born in Oklahoma and raised in Farmington, Gayla is a graduate of Farmington High and received a BA in Marketing from New Mexico State University.

Gayla was elected to the Council in 2010, and was appointed as Mayor Pro-Tem in 2015. She serves on the Metropolitan Planning Organization and the Complete Streets Advisory Committee. She also currently serves on the New Mexico Racing Commission, and is the Council liaison for the Public Utility Commission.

In her spare time she enjoys gardening and riding and showing Quarter Horses.
