Wondering why there is still water in the pool this winter?

The plaster lining the pool needs to remain wet - so we have to leave water in it. Never fear - the pipes and machinery have been winterized and it is not being heated. In the spring we will drain, clean, and refill it with fresh new water. In the meantime, the water is being treated as necessary to avoid mold or algae.

During the 2020 season, visitors can expect to enjoy the lazy river, an in-pool playground, spray features, areas to play aquatic volleyball and basketball, two large slides, rentable party pavilions, an on-site food truck, and three lap lanes (open during lap swim).

Here are a few things to remember as you plan your trip to Bisti Bay:

  • Patrons will be able to leave and reenter the facility on the day of admission, but they will need to wait in the regular line for readmission. If at any point the pool reaches its capacity of 400 occupants, admission will be halted until capacity opens back up.
  • Swim attire is required to enter the pool and slides.
  • Children under the age of 6 years must be supervised in the water by a responsible swimmer of 15 years or older.
  • Approved personal floatation devices are welcome outside of the lazy river. Bisti Bay inner tubes will be provided for the lazy river feature.
  • The covered pavilions are available to rent for parties. Please be aware that they may be reserved.
