The following aquatic exercise programs do not require preregistration - so just show up and participate when you can! Programs may be canceled for holiday hours or special events, so make sure to check the calendar for daily schedules.

Lap Swimming

Lap lanes are 25 meters long. Swimwear is required. Swimmers must traverse the pool whether by swimming or walking continuously.

Face masks must be worn when not in the pool.

Come and swim in the 86° water at Lions Pool. We offer a 25 yard, five-lane pool. We have an ADA compliant lift for anyone who needs it. No membership required.

Cominded Aquacise/Arthritis Exercise

Instructor-led, low impact, high to moderate intensity workout done in waist to chest-deep water. You do not need to know how to swim. 

Limit 10 people per class. Face masks must be worn when not in the pool.

Social distancing of at least 6 ft. must be maintained between all participants. Face masks must be worn when not in the pool.
