  1. Heather McGaughey Teen Voices Summer Theater Program

    Teen Voices is designed for teenagers who wish to explore creativity within various roles of theater. Teens are mentored by professionals as they receive hands-on experience in theatrical production ranging from positions on-stage to back -stage to technical operations. Teen swill acquire skills such as set building, prop creation, choreography, vocal performance, acting, and much more. Teens will express their creativity as well as collaborate with their peers to produce a theatrical show. The 2018 production is "Legally Blonde, Jr." Performances are July 23 & 24 at 7:00 p.m. Registration opens on April 14, 2018 at midnight at www.fmtn.org/WebTrac under "Camps."

    Celebrate Fridays by enjoying lunch and live music in historic downtown Farmington. Grab lunch from the on-site food truck, take out from one of the local restaurants or bring your own brown bag lunch. But leave room for some dancing while you enjoy live music.     Teen Voices is designed for teenagers who wish to explore creativity within various roles of theater.     Legally Blonde, Jr, follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes, snobbery, and scandal in pursuit of her dreams. Adapted for younger performers and based on the popular movie, this show features an upbeat original score that's sure to leave cast members and audiences alike seeing pink! When Elle's high school boyfriend Warner dumps her and heads to Harvard, claiming she's not serious enough, Elle takes matters into her own hands, crafting a showy song-and-dance personal essay and charming her way into law school. Befriending classmate Emmett and spunky hairdresser Paulette along the way, Elle finds that books and looks aren't mutually exclusive - in fact, law may be her natural calling after all as she quickly begins outsmarting her peers. Teens wishing to be in the production can register for the Heather McGaughey Teen Voices program. Registration opens on April 14, 2018 at midnight at www.fmtn.org/WebTrac under "Camps."
