The next training, Building the 2018 Fall Marketing Plan – Pt. 2, will help retailers prepare for a strong holiday sales season. This is the second of ten trainings focused on small business marketing and financial preparedness. Topics will include digital marketing, social media, email marketing, customer service, financial and cash flow management, advertising basics, and Point of Sale systems. This will include a 2-3 hour group presentation that will cover retail merchandising (floor plans, window display, and lighting ideas) and front of house set up and organization for restaurants. There will also be an opportunity to sign up for in-store consultation on following days.
