Spring is here and as the weather warms up, consider the benefits of being more physically active.  You might have greater energy and stamina.  You may even reduce your chances for developing diseases, such as depression, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, obesity, stroke, and some kinds of cancer.  Aim for at least 2½ hours each week of moderate-intensity physical activity. Try it!  Choose activities you enjoy, such as swimming, walking fast, dancing, and even yard work.

Photo Policy
The City of Farmington department of Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Affairs will publish photographs taken during public events at each of our facilities or at any local event sponsored by PRCA. Please be aware that we will take photographs at public events and will publish them.
