Responsibilities
The board consists of 10 members and one liaison from the City Council. Members shall reside in the district that they represent and serve three-year terms.  The duties for the Public Utility Commission (PUC) makes recommendations on the general rules and policies of the municipal electric, water and wastewater systems.
