Aquatic Center
  • The Farmington Aquatic Center will be closed all day July 23 - July 26 for the Long Course State Championships Swim Meet.  Come and cheer on your local swimmers.

The Farmington Aquatic Center provides indoor water recreation for the whole family, year round. The options are endless:
  • 50 meter Olympic-size pool with high and low diving boards
  • 150 foot water slide
  • Leisure / playground pool

Programs
There are also an assortment of programs such as:
  • Public swimming
  • Lessons
  • Aquacise
  • Lap swimming
  • Leisure pool exercise

Summer Public Swim Hours
  • Monday - Saturday: 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., & 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
  • Sunday: 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.

Fees - Public Swimming
  • Children 2 & under: free
  • Children (3-12): $3.24
  • Children (13-18): $4.50
  • Adults (19 and over): $5.00
Fee includes use of Olympic pool, leisure pool, and slide per session. Swim a lot? Consider purchasing a pass!

Lap Swim Hours
  • Monday - Friday: 6 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday & Sunday: during public swim

Fees - Lap Swimming
  • $2.50 per visit
  • Or use a punch card or pass
Lap swimmers must work the length of the pool in a continuous motion. Must be age 15 or older.

Parent Child PlayTime
Quiet time (water features are not on) in the leisure pool exclusively for adults with children
5 years old or younger.

  • Friday: 10:30 a.m. - noon
  • $2.50 per visit

Locker Use
We have lockers in case you need a change of clothes after your swim. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items, so we encourage you to leave your valuables in your vehicle or at home. We cannot hold items for you at the desk and you must provide your own lock for the lockers.

Training for Lifeguard, Water Instructor, and Swim Lessons
  • July 17 - Swimming lesson registration for the 2nd session of July classes. Registration starts at 8:00 a.m. until classes are full. Classes are 2-weeks four days a week.  The cost is $35.00 per child. Please call the Farmington Aquatic Center for more information at (505) 599-1167.
  • The Farmington Aquatic Center will be closed all day July 23 - July 26 for the Long Course State Championships Swim Meet.  Come and cheer on your local swimmers.
  • The Aquatic Center will be closed for annual maintenance the week of August 16th through the 22nd.  We will open Sunday, August 23 with our Fall Hours.
  • August 22 - The Farmington Aquatic Center will be closed for the first session (1:00 pm - 4:00 pm) due to the Special Olympics Swim Meet.  We will be open for the second session (4:30 pm - 7:30 pm) for public and lap swim.
  • August 28 - Swimming lesson registration for September classes.  Registration begins at 8:00 am until classes are full.  Classes are 4-week two days a week sessions and will begin August 31 - September 24.  The cost is $35.00 per child.  Please call the Farmington Aquatic Center for more information (505) 599-1167.
  • June 5 - Water Safety Day at the Farmington Aquatic Center from 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm. The cost is $3.00 per person.  We will have a few hours of water safety activities.
