City of Farmington, New Mexico American with Disabilities Act Transition Plan
The City of Farmington is committed to full compliance with Title II of the Americans with Disability Act of 1990 as amended (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended (Section 504), 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, and all related regulations, laws, executive orders, and directives. The purpose of the City of Farmington's ADA Policy is to provide guidance for requesting modifications to ensure safe access to the City's programs, services, and activities; and submitting a grievance when the possibility of discrimination may have occurred due to a disability.

Request to Inspect Public Records Persons have the right to inspect public records of the City of Farmington in accordance with the Inspection of Public Records Act (Article 14, Chapter 2, N.M.S.A. 1978) (the “Act”) and the Farmington City Council recognizes its responsibility as a public body to make public records available for inspection. |
