City’s Community Works Department modifies services in accordance with public health order  

FARMINGTON, N.M. – The City of Farmington Community Works Department is modifying its face-to-face customer services in accordance with the governor’s public health order. Effective immediately, the Community Works Department is open by appointment only as follows:

  • For zoning questions and petition applications, including plat submittals, or for general information, please call 505-599-1285.
  • Anyone interested in applying for a site plan approval, sign, driveway cut, shed or fence permits, please call 505-599-1317.
  • For new construction, electrical, plumbing and interior remodel permits please call 505-599-1304.
  • For email inquiries regarding planning, contact bescobar@fmtn.org or for building, dchilders@fmtn.org

The Community Works Department is committed to the health and safety of its customers and employees and will continue to provide all services while practicing "Social Distancing" in accordance with the suggestions and mandates set forth by the Office of the Governor.
