Dec 2nd - Kick off The Christmas Season
Come enjoy our beautiful downtown and experience the start of Farmington's Christmas Season! After the tree lighting at the Civic Center, the parade will run along Main Street from Wall to Auburn. We hope you enjoy our recently completed landscaping! The Parks Department has been busy putting up Christmas lights and decorations as well as planting new trees and shrubs in the planters along Main Street. While enjoying the parade, please be mindful of the young plants in the planters along Main Street and encourage patrons outside your businesses to do the same.

Now in its 19th year, the Festival of Trees has been a beloved holiday tradition across the Four Corners. Since it’s not possible to hold the traditional Festival of Trees event, organizers have reimagined things to offer a safe and magical event for the entire community to enjoy!

Beautiful trees, wreaths, and centerpieces will be displayed in window fronts along Main Street in downtown Farmington between December 2 and December 12, 2021. Come out to see the displays (and enter to win one!) while supporting small, local businesses and organizations.
