Join us before Bark in the Park for our FREE annual Doggie Dash fun run/walk on Saturday, April 27 starting at 10:00 a.m.! Run, romp, or just play in Animas Park with your favorite canine friend before joining the festivities. The Doggie Dash loop is approximately two (2) miles. Pre-registration for the event is open January 1 through April 26, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. and guarantees you a t-shirt and a doggie bandana for your walking pal. Bark day registration will be from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m., no t-shirt included. T-shirts will be for sale when Bark in the Park begins at 11:00 a.m. All participants are required to visit the check-in table to sign a participation waiver. Take a walk to learn the many wild plants of our river parks, and appreciate their spring flowers. Get ideas for plants you might grow at home, and learn some of the plants with traditional uses on this walk of about a mile.
