The Wild Kratts are in town! While they are here, we are hosting special programs that teach us about the amazing features and powers of animals. Join us for these FREE events! Yikes, a BEE!!! Join Andrew with New Mexico State University Agriculture to find out how important bees are to us humans! We will make a bee, find a flower, and take our pollen to a bee hive to make honey. Will there be REAL bees? No, just the bees we make. While you are here visit the Wild Kratts®: Creature Power®! and Ocean Adventure! are interactive exhibits based on the popular PBS Kids series – created by Minnesota Children’s Museum in collaboration with the Kratt Brothers Company – kids and families explore four animal habitats and the creatures within them. The City of Farmington brings you this great American tradition known as the Turkey Trot! Join us downtown for the race, a costume contest, and a 50/50 raffle. Heavy Burgers will be onsite selling pancake breakfast! So even if you just want to watch the race come down and enjoy a hot meal. Registration includes an event t-shirt. Awards will follow the run. Registration is open now through 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. Late registration will remain open through 1:00 pm on Friday, November 18, 2022 and will be charged an additional $10.00 late fee. No race day registration.
